This is not a diet. The reason why I did not design this to be a diet is because I strongly believe that temporary changes produce temporary results...nothing more. To achieve changes that last forever into one's future, I believe the creation of sustainable systems is what is of critical importance, instead. That is why my approach focuses on pillars of metabolic health and following systems that seek to optimize them, leading to fat focused weight loss, effortless weight maintenance afterwards, improved energy levels, improved physical performance in any athletic pursuit, decreased risk of and from metabolic diseases, and slowed rate of physical changes due to aging.
